$575 Due within 14 days after $250 deposit for Shared Room
$575 Balance due by July 1st

*Must be paid in full by July 1st to attend retreat

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made on or before June 30th 2026 will receive a 20% refund of the total retreat cost paid (excluding the deposit).

• After June 30th 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Option:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another guest.

The replacement guest must:

• be approved by the retreat host
• complete registration and payment arrangements before transfer can be made
