The Founder’s Table Retreat for Kingdom Female Founders

By registering for the The Founder’s Table Retreat for Kingdom Female Founders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration & Deposit

A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot at the retreat.

Your retreat spot is not secured until the deposit has been received.

Once deposit is made you will receive an email from [email protected] within 48 hours to confirm your preferred payment option and begin your payment. You must respond to this email. If we do not hear back from you within 14 days of making your deposit your spot will no longer be saved and your deposit will not be refunded.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment option selected during registration.

All retreat payments must be completed by the required payment deadlines in order to attend the retreat.

Room Payment terms

Shared Room Option (Double Occupancy)

Total Investment: $1,400 per person

Pay in Full Option

Pay in full and receive a $100 discount.

Total after deposit and discount: $1,050

(Plus the initial $250 deposit)

Must be paid within 14 days of paid deposit. If payment is not made you will lose your spot and deposit will not be refunded.

Monthly Payment Plan

After the $250 deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into:

Monthly payments beginning 14 days after deposit and continuing through Sept 2026. 

Participants selecting this option must complete all payments by the final automated payment date in order to attend the retreat.

Monthly payments must be set up within 14 days of paid deposit. If payment is not made you will lose your spot and deposit will not be refunded.

50/50 Payment Plan

After the $250 deposit:

  • $575 due within 14 days of paid deposit
  • $575 balance due by July 1st

All payments must be completed by July 1st in order to attend the retreat.

First payment must be made within 14 days of paid deposit. If payment is not made you will lose your spot and deposit will not be refunded.

Private Room Option:

Total Investment: $2,250

Pay in Full Option

Pay in full and receive a $200 discount.

Total after deposit and discount: $1,800

(Plus the initial $250 deposit)

Must be paid within 14 days of paid deposit. If payment is not made you will lose your spot and deposit will not be refunded.

  • $1,000 due within 14 days of paid deposit
  • $1,000 balance due by July 1st

All payments must be completed by July 1st in order to attend the retreat.

First payment must be made within 14 days of paid deposit. If payment is not made you will lose your spot and deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Because retreat accommodations, catering, and planning expenses are secured well in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • The $250 deposit is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made on or before June 30th, 2026 will receive a 20% refund of the total retreat cost paid (excluding the deposit).
  • After June 30th, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

Transfer Option

If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your spot to another guest by July 1st, 2026.

The replacement guest must:

  • be approved by the retreat host
  • complete registration and payment arrangements before the transfer can be finalized

Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified.

The retreat hosts are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or additional travel expenses incurred.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings during the retreat.

Any relevant health concerns, allergies, or dietary restrictions should be communicated to the retreat hosts 90 days in advance of retreat.

Liability Waiver

By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in retreat activities and assume full responsibility for any risks associated with travel and participation.

The retreat hosts and organizers are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during travel to or from the retreat or during the retreat itself.

Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for documentation and promotional purposes.

By attending the retreat, participants grant permission for retreat hosts to use these images in marketing or promotional materials unless the participant requests otherwise in writing prior to the retreat.

Agreement

By registering for the retreat and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
